Biography

Born in Crimea, pianist Ievgeniia Iermachkova successfully graduated from the Ukrainian National Academy of Music in 2013 and subsequently completed the “Master of Music Professional Performance” with Prof. Hisako Kawamura and “Master of Music Duo for Pianists / Instrumental” in the class of Evgeny Sinaiski at the Folkwang University of the Arts.

Ievgeniia Iermachkova is a laureate of numerous competitions such as Maria Yudina Chamber Music Competition in St. Petersburg, (1st prize), International Piano Competition in Rome (2nd prize), Piano Competition “Art of XXI Century” (1st prize), Alexander Scriabin Competition in Paris (3rd prize) and others.

The pianist was an active participant of the Yuri Bashmet Academy for Youth in Minsk, the Emil Gilels Foundation Festival in Freiburg, the International Piano Academy Freiburg, Beethoven@home, “The International Holland Music Sessions” and the Piano Marathon at the Ruhr Piano Festival.

She also attended various master classes of famous professors such as Dmitri Bashkirov, Lilya Zilberstein, Robert D. Levin, Christopher Elton, Michel Dalberto, Bernd Glemser and Imogen Cooper.

Since 2018, she has been a lecturer in accompaniment at the Anton Rubinstein International Music Academy in Düsseldorf. Since April 2021, she has been a lecturer in accompaniment at the Beethoven Conservatorium in Tegelen.
